NOC stands for?

Section Response capabilities, says on National Response Coordination Center " FEMA maintains the NRCC as a functional component of the NOC " . "NOC" is an unexplained acronym that should be replaced or explained. 84.206.45.2 (talk) 09:59, 19 December 2017 (UTC).[reply]
